Kathy Barbour, APR, is the PRSA Immediate Past Chair and chief communications officer at Acosta Sales and Marketing. Her experience ranges from executive and strategic communications to media relations, employee communications, crisis and issues management, and marketing. Barbour previously served in various communications roles at Baptist Health South Florida, Mayo Clinic and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida, including senior manager of media relations and executive communications.
